Starting prices and quotations
All published service prices are starting prices. Final fees depend on scope, functionality, integrations, content and other project requirements. Custom services require a quotation. A website inquiry or conversation does not create a binding project engagement.
Scope, payment and timelines
Deliverables, revision limits, timelines, payment milestones, support and responsibilities are specified in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Additional requests may require revised pricing and timelines. Delays in content, approvals or external dependencies may affect delivery.
Exclusions and third-party charges
Advertising budgets are extra. Domain, hosting, paid software, subscriptions, app store accounts, calling charges, external API usage, payment processing, stock licenses and ongoing maintenance are additional unless expressly included. Applicable taxes will be clarified in the quotation. Third-party services are governed by their own policies and availability.
No guaranteed business results
We do not guarantee customers, leads, sales, search rankings or advertising outcomes. Results depend on factors including your offer, market conditions, competition, audience, budget and external platform decisions.
Your materials and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied content and for obtaining rights to any images, logos, text, data or other materials provided. Content approval and project acceptance steps are agreed as part of the project.
Demonstration portfolio
Portfolio items labeled as demonstrations are illustrative concepts, not completed client engagements. They do not imply client endorsements, production functionality or verified campaign outcomes.
Ownership, cancellation and support
Ownership transfers, licensing, cancellations, refunds, warranties and post-launch support are determined by the individual written agreement. Third-party assets retain their respective licensing terms. This website does not establish a universal refund or support entitlement.
